Terms:WEDDINGS AND PROMS: Weddings and proms have special packages. Failure to notify the sales representative about the event may result in adjustments to your reservation after the service, to reflect special rate.
CANCELLATIONS: To avoid a late cancellation or no show fee, the reservation must be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy noted in your email confirmation. You must notify us of cancellation via email or phone. We are not liable for undelivered or blocked emails or faxes, please verify your cancellation over the phone if no cancellation confirmation is received by you. Full charge will be applied to your account in case of late cancellation or "no show". Unless stated otherwise in your email confirmation, cancellations made less than the following minimum time prior to the service date will be subject to full reservation price: for airport transfers in sedan, SUV, Van, Limo cancellations and changes must be completed at least 24 hours in advance, for buses 1 week, for party buses 2 weeks; for hourly sedan, SUV, van 48 hours weekday and 72 hours weekend, limousine service 1 week, buses and party buses 4 weeks; for weddings buses and limos 4 weeks; for holidays, special events, proms and homecomings 4 weeks for all vehicles. If you experience difficulty locating the chauffeur, please call the Customer Service telephone number listed on the email confirmation. Leaving the pick-up location without notifying LX Limo will result in a no-show charge. Cancellation policy comes in effect after submition of online reservation. By making reservation you agree to complete "Terms and Agreements" that you can see at this link.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Tolls, parking, phone usage, wait time, gratuity, TTC (as defined below), airport fees and other surcharges may not be included in the estimate may also apply to the final price.
DEPOSIT: No deposit required for airport services and hourly services under 6 hours. All services over 6 hours will require $300 deposit. All prom/homecoming and special services will require $500 deposit. Deposits apply towards outstanding balance on the reservation and are non refundable in case of cancellation.
